Dear Patients & Friends,

As a family physician, I treasure the relationships I’ve built over the years and have tried to provide a very personalized and comprehensive style of care. I believe the best medicine requires investing enough time to listen and get to know my patients. I’m thankful for the opportunity I’ve had to help individuals and families in their pursuit of health and wellness.

As of October 1, 2015, I have forged a new path. After much personal consideration and guidance from trusted family and friends, I transitioned to a practice known as “concierge medicine.” This allows me to practice personalized and comprehensive medicine the way I think it should be practiced. You can read more about what concierge medicine means on the following page.

I look forward to building a relationship with you and would like the opportunity to serve you and your family. Once you’ve considered if this style of care is right for you, I hope you will join me. I look forward to serving many more individuals and families through this new type of patient care.

Sincerely in your service,

Daniel Borgstadt, M.D.
